Dividend Payment Policy

The Company's dividend payment policy

The Company shall pay dividends to shareholders at a rate of not less than 40 (forty) percent of net profit after deduction of corporate income tax and allocation of legal reserves based on the Company's separate financial statements. However, the Company may consider paying dividends differently from the specified policy, depending on the Company's operating results, financial position, financial liquidity, and the need for funds for business management and expansion, including the economic situation.

Dividend payment policy of subsidiary company (Rajthanee Rojana Hospital Company Limited)

The subsidiary shall pay dividends to shareholders at a rate of not less than 40 (forty) percent of net profit after deduction of corporate income tax and allocation of legal reserves. However, the subsidiary may consider paying dividends different from the specified policy, depending on the operating results, financial position, financial liquidity and the need for funds for business management and expansion of the subsidiary's business, including the economic situation.
