Rajthanee Hospital Public Company Limited was established in 1990 to provide medical services. In the beginning, it operated under the name Ayudhya Wechakan Company Limited. It was founded by a group of medical specialists, most of whom graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Siriraj Hospital, including:

Rajthanee Hospital was established in Khlong Suan Phlu Subdistrict, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province , located near Asia Road and Rojana Road. It began operations in 1992 and has been well-received by the people of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province and surrounding areas.
When the government announced the Social Security Act of 1992, the company saw an opportunity to expand medical care to the public and has been participating in the project since 1994 until today, receiving continuous support from the project.

The company later changed its name to Rajthanee Rojana Hospital Co., Ltd. , operating under the name "Rajthanee Rojana Hospital."
Currently, Rajthanee Hospital Public Company Limited has a total registered capital of 300 million baht.
